Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly, spoke very good English, and took the time to explain everything clearly. From the beginning, the whole process felt easy, transparent, and professional. I received a brand-new Fiat 500 with only a few kilometres on it and not a single scratch or issue. The car was perfect and great to drive throughout the trip. Both pick-up and return were completely hassle-free and took no more than five minutes. When I returned the car, it was quite dusty from the Sahara dust that had been in Marseille during our stay, and the fuel tank was not quite 100% full. Neither was made into an issue, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt very comfortable renting from Olympic from start to finish. No stress, no unpleasant surprises, just friendly service and a great car. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip to Marseille. Highly recommended!
