Olympic Location is Hopeless! On the day of arrival, I called to confirm and first they told me that they close at 6pm despite me booking and supplying flight details in February when I booked the car for our trip in May which clearly stated our flight arrived at 1810. Then when I spoke to them to say could they organise someone to wait, they said they didn't have any cars and they had no confirmation of my car, even though I emailed them whilst on the phone to them with it!! Really dishonest and couldn't even get their story straight. We booked with the wonderful Europcar in the end who are right in the airport and open till late and are super lovely and even gave us a discount! Don't use Olympic location car rental ever!! They almost ruined our trip as we only found out when we boarded our flight despite booking 3 months ahead! In response to your review reply, I've already supplied you the confirmations and emails colleagues responded to confirm my car so your reply is complete false! Hopefully no one else will suffer your service

Réponse du propriétaire:Hello, We are sorry to read your review, but we would like to clarify the situation. According to our records, you requested a quote, but the booking was never confirmed. A vehicle can only be guaranteed once the reservation has been properly validated and confirmed. You contacted us shortly before boarding your flight to advise us of a delay, but at that stage there was no confirmed rental contract in place and therefore no vehicle reserved under your name. We understand that this situation may have been frustrating, especially during a trip, but we cannot be held responsible for an unconfirmed booking.
